Was brought here by a friend. Great pasta and pizza. I don’t know much about Italian food but this one feels authentic enough. There was a big group while we were there watching a soccer game inside. Super rowdy and loud and it didn’t help coz it’s indoors. Service is decent. Price wise is definitely better and more worth it than anything in the core downtown area. I would definitely come again to try other the other stuff they have. Verdict: MUST TRY Jan 2025 update: Came again, ate pasta, added 2 photos to the review.
I recently visited cafe dip and had an amazing experience! I made my own pasta with sun-dried tomato pesto sauce, grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, spinach, and rigatoni, and it was definitely one of my favorite pasta dishes everWe also tried the ribeye steak with shrimp, which was perfectly cooked and delicious!For the drinks we had Red Sangria and Mango Bellini. The ambiance is cozy, giving off a nostalgic Italian restaurant vibe. This family-owned gem has been added to my list of favorite restaurants, and I can’t wait to go back for more pastas!Highly recommend!
Food was delicious and service was great. We had the veal scallopini in creamy mushroom sauce and the chicken parmigiana along with a beer and a Perrier. The price was very reasonable at 60 with taxes. Will come again.
Had a quick dinner here. Very fast service and delicious food! I tried affogato for the very first time and it was a fun experience as you can see in my video.
The pizza was really good, and the pasta was absolutely the best part of the meal so flavorful and perfectly cooked. However, I was a bit disappointed with the steak sandwich. It used to be served on a different type of bread that I preferred, and the new version just didn’t taste the same.
We had a large family dinner here and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of—especially Lily, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. This is a true neighbourhood gem that’s been around for decades, and we hope it continues to thrive for many more. Every detail and request was thoughtfully handled, making our celebration feel seamless and special. It was a lovely afternoon filled with good food, warm service, and wonderful memories. Highly recommend for any family gathering or special occasion!
